We love asking our travel blogger community to share posts for the destination round up feature because we are always overwhelmed by the response. This month we have rounded up our favourite East Coast USA holiday reviews, so if you are thinking about a holiday to the coastal states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, New York or Massachusetts you have come to the right place. Prepare to be very inspired!
FLORIDA
The sunshine state is popular with our travel bloggers! We have purposefully chosen a selection which show the best of what the state has to offer to visitors.
Nichola from Global Mouse Travels proves that there is more to Florida than theme parks in this post – A family trip to New Smyrna Beach, nr Orlando, Florida“When most people think of the Orlando area of Florida they think of theme parks and attractions, big resorts with so much entertainment, fast-paced action and endless thrills. This part of the sunshine state is most definitely all of these things, and there’s much fun to be had here. But it’s not just these, there’s another side to the Eastern coast of Florida, the area around New Smyrna Beach, that is simply a breath of fresh air, a glimpse into an uncomplicated Florida, a throw back to the days before the theme parks and which is still present and thriving.”
Melissa and Marcus from Fly Drive Explore share their thoughts and a short video clip featuring the Gulf Coast in this fascinating post – Sophisticated Naples and the Florida Everglades. They stayed in this region to relax to after a busy holiday in Orlando. One of their highlights was a boat tour through the mangroves in the Everglades National Park.
In full admiration of the activities for visitors to the Kennedy Space Center was Keri from Our Globetrotters in her post – Five Unexpected Highlights of Florida. Her other recommendations include a visit to the lesser known Zoo Miami and Fort Myers Beach.
Of course we cannot feature posts about Florida without mentioning the key tourist attractions in Orlando! Karen from Mini Travellers shares her knowledge in this epic guide – Ultimate 14 Day Walt Disney World Trip Plan With Kids.
GEORGIA & SOUTH CAROLINA
Lisa Editor of Trips100 and Travel Loving Family lived in Savannah, Georgia for three years. She shares her favourite road trip from Charleston, South Carolina with stops in Savannah, Jekyll Island, Jacksonville and St Augustine, Florida in this post – Family road trip ideas – USA.
NEW YORK
Helen from Space in Your Case shares her Must-Do Itinerary for a Family Trip to New York City. She published a guide to the city to help ovther parents feel less daunted when planning a trip to NYC. “A trip to New York may seem daunting when you have children. The sheer scale of the Big Apple can feel overwhelming when you first sit down to start planning your trip. But it’s all manageable, with a bit of organisation, and there’s no reason why kids can’t enjoy the city as much as the adults in your group.”
Jen from Jenography explores the lesser known attractions in New York City in this post – Touring Street Art in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She describes the artwork as stunning – “Long, wall-length pieces. Bright assaults on your eyes. The work is vibrant and beautiful.”
MASSACHUSETTS
Maria from One Tiny Leap visited Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the off season. She shares her tips and recommendations for visiting in the winter in this beautifully illustrated article – Cape Cod, Ultimate New England Holiday.

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.
The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.
If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.
