Welcome to the latest #MustSeePlaces linky. We are tentatively starting to leave our homes and start travelling again – albeit mainly local trips. But we’d love to read about where you’ve been, and how you’ve found it? Please do link your recent travel posts, and pop back occasionally to read the posts that other travel bloggers have linked up too.

The #MustSeePlaces linky has now reopened and will run for eight weeks.

Ladies What Travel, who love doughnuts, have taken us on a virtual tour of the world, one doughnut at a time! Who doesn’t like a doughnut? Many years ago I went to New Orleans, and the Café du Monde. I was served beignets with a chicory coffee … really important tip – don’t sneeze or take any sharp intake of breath around them as the icing sugar piled high goes EVERYWHERE!

“While the word ‘beignet’ covers off on quite a few things (including doughnuts and fritters), what I’ve had on my list ever since I can remember are the specific beignets from New Orleans. You know, those world-famous pillows of dough under a mountain of icing sugar? They were even designated the official State Doughnut of Louisiana in 1986” Ladies What Travel

Baby Loves Travel walked to Weston Mouth Beach in East Devon. I love beaches that you have to walk to, as when you get there, you often have them all to yourselves!

Once parked up, head through the gate onto the footpath. It is just under a mile from here to the beach.Baby Loves Travel

PackThePJs visited Hitchin Lavender, literally on their doorstep. It looks a selfie-taker’s dream location!

“It seems that everyone wants to take selfies in a lavender field, and people travel from all over (the world) to visit” PackThePJs

So You Know...

As you've likely heard and seen, there's an increasing focus on the authenticity of follower growth and engagement on social platforms across the Influencer Marketing community. The platforms themselves have taken measures to deter inauthentic activity and brands now more closely scrutinise the audiences of the influencers with whom they are partnering.

The Flea Network has implemented a system that will detect abnormal spikes in following and engagement, and flag these properties. Of course, such spikes can often be attributed to viral posts or high-profile brands that bring greater exposure to some content.

If one of your social accounts is flagged by our system without an obvious reason, we may reach out to you for assistance in understanding it. If we find any influencer has artificially inflated their audience size or engagement using paid acquisition or automated, third-party tools, we will remove them permanently from our influencer community.

Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions or comments.

Thank you!

The Flea Network Team

Got it!
